Platform administrators can view all stores. Store owners manage their own store.
First use: create the platform administrator
For a new system with no imported data. Use the setup code provided by your system administrator. Setup can only be completed once.

Usernames must be unique across the platform. Owners cannot view another store’s customers, devices or accounts.

Create customer
Customer usernames are unique across the platform. Balances and history belong to this store.
Add customer time
Record confirmed top-ups here. This page does not collect online payments.
Add a tablet in the App
- Open store settings in the App and bind the tablet with the store owner account.
- Tap STORE OWNER · MACHINE SETUP, scan and choose ASSIGN & CONNECT.
- Choose attended for staff control, or unattended for customer sign-in.
An already-bound tablet does not need another registration or pairing code.

Shows the latest 150 sessions. Review based on the actual machine status on site. Unconfirmed sessions are not charged automatically.
